  • Request from them that ZoomRide be your “Preferred Provider” – this will ensure that all of your rides are conducted in a timely and safe manner by ZoomRide.

STEP 2

  • ZoomRide team will receive your transportation request 1 to 3 days prior to your appointment or activity date. We will process your request, confirm that the information we receive is correct and promptly send a vehicle at the time of your reservation.

STEP 3

  • A return trip can be booked at the same time as your pick-up trip. And, once your appointment or activity is complete, ZoomRide team will send the closest vehicle to take you back home safely.
